What are the limitations to the Microsoft Office Online App (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) when compared to the desktop version?

I'm aware that various features are un-available between the online and desktop apps, however I'm looking more towards a list of which features they might be, as well as file size limitations, amount of sheets, Columns, Row (Excel), etc.

    There are not limitations. The online applications are feature complete, if the feature supported, then its full support and has the same restrictions as all other versions of that program. – Ramhound Apr 14 '16 at 21:10

there are quite a few difference. If your an advanced users you may miss quite a bit, if your a light users (don't use a lot of the advanced), the online versions probably do what you need.
