  • It is a British qwerty. The big clue is the £ sign on the number 3. What is it that isn't working?

  • I am sorry, I missed that. Can you edit the question with the make and model of the laptop? I take it that there aren't any drivers on the manufacturer's website?

It seems to be a italian layout. you can change it in Windows 10 by: opening language, then preferred languages, and click in English (united states), then Options, and under Keyboards, select Add keyboard, then italian QWERTY. so, you can keep the English language, but with italian, or another keyboard layout.
