The unRAR.dll in 7-Zip actually has a license restriction--you can't use it to build a rar archiver.– BroamMar 9, 2010 at 17:01

It's true about the unpolished interface... but hey, the program itself is awesome and I never rar files anyway, I 7zip them. Dec 27, 2010 at 21:54
If you like the command line you can install UnRar from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages.html - it's free and native to Win32.
