I have an excel spreadsheet which has attendance reports for all employees working in the company. I want to create a pie chart which shows percentage of good attendance, late arrivals, leaving early and absences per person and per all employees per week. I have already created a conditional formatting assigning colors to Late Arrival (marked it as LA), Leaving Early (marked it as LE) and Absences (marked it as A). Is it possible to do this? If so, How could I? Eventually will use same data to create a per month and yearly report in form of a pie as well.

I also created totals for Per person for each value and for all employees for each day.
