I have a Lenovo G50 series Laptop running on windows 8.1 with which I'm facing problems,

  1. Web page or File Explorer (whatever is on the screen) automatically scrolls down, when that happens the touchpad won't work. Unless I press any key on the keyboard.
  2. Windows shortcut key for opening file explorer (Windows+E) not working. Apart from that shortcut, everything is fine.

And I'm seeing a program in the control panel (Control Panel→“Programs”→“Programs and Features”) named "Search the Web (Yahoo)", and I can't uninstall it. Tried installing a third party "Anti-virus" program as well, but no use.

It is really frustrating when this happens.
