Re "i need to replace ever thing on that line that start with RplacedBlocks", which "ever" ("every"?) things do you need to replace? And with what? And how many copies of this line are in each file? And where [is|are] [it|they]?

But in general, you can do such replacements by using "Regular Expressions". (Research and study that if you don't know what it is.) In Notepad++, do a Ctrl-Shift-F ("find in files"), click the "Regular Expressions" radio button in the lower-left quadrant, then enter your regular expression and replacement strings. For example:

Regular expression string: ^ReplacedBlocks: (.*)$

Replacement string: ReversedClocks: $1

That would change THIS: ReplacedBlocks: (AIR,LAVA,1,2)

into THIS: ReversedClocks: (AIR,LAVA,1,2)

But since you didn't specify what you want to change, and what you want to change it TO, I can't be more specific.
