Something's wrong with my Internet.

Problem 1:

When I'm downloading using a browser (Chrome, Firefox, or uc browser PC), the speed is close to 90-100 kbps, but when downloading using internet download manager the speed is close to 250 kbps. I tried scanning for malware/virus using Malwarebytes and CCleaner but didn't find any.

Problem #2:

I can't access superuser.com.

Why can't I access superuser.com even on my Android phone?  Is there a problem with my IP address?

It's been like this for two days.

  • Accessing https://superuser.com:

    This site can’t be reached.
    The connection was reset.
    Try

    • Checking the connection
    • Checking the proxy and the firewall
    • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

  • Accessing http://superuser.com:443: No report

  • Accessing https://www.superuser.com:

Same result as for https://superuser.com; see above, or image3.

  • Accessing http://www.superuser.com:443:

    This page isn’t working.
    www.superuser.com didn't send any data.

"I can't access superuser.com on my phone/pc" so how did you post this question? – DavidPostill Apr 21 '18 at 15:51

You appear to have 2 separate questions here, one about your internet speed and one about accessing Super User. Please only ask one question at a time. – DavidPostill Apr 21 '18 at 15:59
