We are having issues with the Room Finder within Outlook when users are booking meetings uses rooms.
On occasion, the Room Finder (which shows available rooms for a specified time slot) has been showing rooms which are actually not available. The user 'books' the room, and then straight away gets an auto-response from the resource, declining their request, as it is already booked.
We use Exchange Online in a Hybrid environment. I didn't set this up and I'm not terribly au fait with how the system works. Googling doesn't seem to provide many results with a comparable issue. Has anyone encountered similar before?
