I receive several email leads from different vendors and I would like to setup a rule in Outlook that will Auto Reply using a specific template depending who sends the email. I would like to include the customer name, unit name, etc. Here is a sample of the information we receive... NOTE... the sender is the vendor... I need to reply to the customer which is found in the body of the message.
