Does anyone out there know what happened?

Should I spend a day reinstalling Windows? I have Windows 8.1 Pro licensed. I have no problem flushing them all, but avoid because I'm lazy & have no idea if it'd fix the problem.

Let me know, mates.

I would reinstall BitTorrent before reinstalling windows ... – DavidPostill Jun 2 '18 at 19:24
  • Or you can simply use another Bittorrent client, likely. – Anaksunaman Jun 3 '18 at 5:36
