I'm using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10, and I want my Compose Email window to show e-mail addresses instead of recipient names. I want this for all intended recipients, including but not limited to:

  • Folks from my address book
  • Folks I've sent e-mail to at some point
  • Folks I've received e-mail from at some point
  • Colleagues known on the exchange server

In short, I always want e-mail addresses, in To, CC, and BCC fields. I don't mind whether the name also displays with it, as long as I can see the e-mail address.

Here's a visual indication:

How can I get Outlook to show the e-mail address in those three fields, always?
