If I run this command

bitsadmin /transfer mydownloadjob /download /priority normal https://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/w32/putty-0.70-installer.msi C:\Users\house\Desktop\filename.zip

in cmd, it downloads putty but it arrives in a .rar and not as a .msi file, can I change it to download the file as a .msi? And then can I add something like && to get it to then install it?

I can automate downloading putty
