How do I remove the permission check on NTFS?

Yes, in general it's not a good advise (See NTFS Removing Permissions)...

But I'm writing a program scanning multiple archives (e.g. 'wim'). I extract this archives to a RAM disk with 7z (WIM: opening WIM with MS-API will make a lot more trouble). But 7z set the file permissions as in archive and then i could not open the files / directories. Even for delete I have to activate the Admin account. 7z did not have an option to disable the behavior (No cmd line option). So: deactivating the permission check on RAM disk is ATM the best option for me. I don't want to format the RAM disk with FAT (this will cause other problems..)...
