I used Xampp to manage my sites but it was very slow and I was getting a lot of headaches with that. I decided to start using IIS (Win 10) and it's great by its own administration panel.

However, every single file I create is getting a 401.3 error on the browser saying that there's no permission to access that file anonymously. Before, a had to confirm every time I tried to create a file or folder within wwwroot folder, then I gave access to "EVERYONE" group and I could fix that, but I'm still having a permission problem on every time I access a html page because css, js or image files have "no permission" to be accessed.

What am I missing out?
