I have a Server 2016 VM installed. And I have a Windows 10 VM workstation installed. How do I in Hyper-v configure a virtual switch Using a 192.168.10.1 address and assign it to the Server 2016 virtual machine so I can create the domain and have internet access?

I have seen a few videos on doing this by creating External and Internal adaptors. Every time I follow these videos I get a bridged adaptor created where both my local connection and Virtual adaptor passes through. I can't make changes to the external adaptor (Setting it to 192.168.10.1) it gives me an error that it is not getting assigned DHCP. Note too, I am on a wifi adaptor on my local machine.
