When I open Outlook 2011 on my Mac, it auto-opens a new Compose Email blank window and then immediately gives a Database Corrupt / Rebuild message. If I select Rebuild, it takes hours without ever completing.

The only way I have been able to get into Outlook is by immediately closing the new blank email window that opens at time of launch. Outlook functions fine after this and I can compose/read/send emails as expected. The blank email gets stored in the Drafts folder and if I open/preview the blank email, Outlook will again complain about a corrupt database and offer to rebuild and crash/quit.

How do I prevent this blank compose email window from appearing on Outlook startup? (Strange thing is, it's a completely blank compose email window, it doesn't even have my signature on it!)
