NetBeans installed in Windows. So why do you need WSL here? – Biswapriyo Oct 19 '18 at 9:00

Your files are located at C:\myproject\project, you shouldn't have any problems editing them from Windows. Just go to that location and edit the files with Netbeans – Théo CHAMPION Oct 19 '18 at 9:23
