This question already has an answer here:

I am just a beginner to FFmpeg and I really love this program, that's why I really want to learn more. But right now, I am trying to convert my videos from TS file extension/type with input video type of H264 to MP4 file format 100% the same quality with Youtube Video. Because all of video from Youtube I've downloaded is 100% supported to TV Flat Screen nowadays (some thing like a Blu-Rip) and the file size is small like 60 minutes of video have 640mb file size.

My TS video files has no audio in GOM while in VLC audio is supported.

This question has been asked before and already has an answer. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

  • So you want to view the videos on the TV? Do you primarily want to reduce the file size, or are you worried about compatibility? – slhck Dec 7 '18 at 9:40
  • See the linked post. If that does not help, please explain what exactly you've tried and where you got stuck. – slhck Dec 7 '18 at 9:42
  • Yeah, also the compatibility. Very sorry because I am beginner. All I need to convert are those TS files type. I tried FFmpeg to reduce 10 seconds from beginning of videos to remove some message from video. Then I tried to play to TVflatscreen, the problem the audio is delay 1 second, but on PC works no problem. – user3754804 Dec 7 '18 at 10:46
  • That depends on how exactly you did the conversion. If you want to ask about this, please edit and add the command you have used and the full command line output to your question. – slhck Dec 7 '18 at 10:52
