Ever since updating to macOS Mojave, I no longer can ssh into my institution's server consistently. Often after I input the ssh command, nothing will happen – no log in, no prompt to enter password, no failure/time out message. However on some tries I do get prompted to enter password and can login properly. This is a debug trace I get:
