I use Sublime to change files on FTP and SFTP servers. Currently I'm using the SFTP plugin to do so.

I want it to act similarly to PhpStorm. If you hit the upload button in PhpStorm a comparisson of the local and remote file is being executed. If the remote file differs from the initially opened local file the file doesn't get uploaded and instead a message is being displayed where you can choose between diff, merge or cancelation.

In Sublime I don't find a feature like this. The SFTP plugin offers a diff with the remote file but I would really like to have a single keybind for comparing and uploading the file. Is there a way to get that functionality in Sublime or other text editors?
