AMD Radeon R7 370 - Driver version 18.12.2 - Windows 10 x64 I used the AMD Settings app (Profile OverDrive) and changed both values of GPU + Memory Clock to max and the PowerControl to about +10%.

Needless to say my screen went black; stuff stopped working. If if go in Safe Mode and uninstall or disable the driver, I can boot in normal mode using the built-in graphics card.

The problem is: I tried uninstalling the driver and all AMD components, resetting CMOS battery, clean Windows 10 install and that still happens.

The card has a small green LED light that works when I turn the computer on, so I don't think it's fried. And the RAM seems to be fine since, I can do stuff in normal mode when the AMD driver is uninstalled or disabled.
