I have found that to receive files on my PC, I must first right-click the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar and select "Receive a file".
Then I can send the files from the phone by selecting `Share > Bluetooth > [PC Name], and they will begin to transfer.
If I try to send a file from phone to PC without first choosing to receive a file on the PC, the phone quickly shows that the transfer was unsuccessful
Is there any way for me to either:
- Send files from a phone and have them automatically received without confirmation on the PC?
- Send files from a phone and then accept to receive them on the PC afterward?
I know that with my previous PCs, I could simply send files from any of my Android phones by selecting
Share > Bluetooth > [PC Name] and at then the PC would show a dialog asking if I want to receive the file(s). After confirming, the transfer would begin. I don't fully grasp what made them different, as I didn't personally install anything bluetooth related on them.
