I'm using MySQL Workbench 6.3 to tunnel through an SSH server to connect through a MySQL server. I'm doing this on a MacBook. I recently updated the domain name to which I'm connecting and am now getting this error:

Cannot Connect to Database Server

Your connection attempt failed for user '...' from your host to server at mysqlserver.com:3306:

Cannot open SSH Tunnel: Error connecting SSH tunnel: The host sshserver.com fingerprints mismatch.
Expected key: ...
Server sent: ...
Please verify if it's correct.
To continue, delete entries for the host from the ~/.ssh/known_hosts file file.

The fact that it says "file file" is a little wonky but, anyway, I deleted ~/.ssh/known_hosts file (aka /home/myusername/.ssh/known_hosts) and I'm still getting that error.

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-mysql-connections-methods-ssh.html makes the same recommendation.

Any ideas?

Maybe I should just uninstall MySQL Workbench and reinstall it?
