I have windows 7 and 8.1 laptops set to sleep after 60 min and hibernate after 1000 min. I can turn these on 2 month later and usually around 80% power.

Now I have two new new (Asus and DELL) laptops with i7 processors and 16GB of memory. Same configuration and when I open the laptops 36-48 hours later I have 10-20% power. If I let it go another day, there isn't enough battery life to power up.

I upgraded one of my laptops from 8.1 to windows 10. Power now drains in sleep at rate of ~33% per day while in sleep mode.

There is limited talk about this. Is anyone else seen this or found a solution?
