Recently I bought a portable monitor with USB-C input. Is there any way to use my devices has HDMI output? My portable monitor only has USB-C input.

I tried with USB-C to HDMI cable and it doesn't work.

Specs :

USB-C Monitor : HP EliteDisplay S14 14"

Device : MacBook Pro 2015

Thank You

  • You need and adapter, not just a cable. Apparently those do not exist, only the other way around. – user931000 May 16 '19 at 18:43

  • If you tell us which PC you have, we may be able to further help. Please obtain its model number from the plate or sticker with the serial number; we need the make and model. Don't tell us what you see on the bezel or top of the machine, as those are not as helpful. Once you have that, please click edit and add that to your original question. – K7AAY May 16 '19 at 20:40
  • @MdAkramHasanSharkar Did you try USB-C to thunderbolt connection(beep.es/productos/sta1718/1m-thunderbolt-3-usb-c), the Macbook 2015 has two Thunderbolt-2 connections – sigurdb Jun 9 '19 at 12:43
