I have an AVI video which is 10 minutes long and has a frame rate of 60 fps.

How do I tell FFmpeg to encode only 20 seconds for every 2 minutes of the video, so that the final length of the encoded video is 100 seconds?

Here's my batch file:

ffmpeg -i D:\Project\Original.avi -codec:v huffyuv -codec:a pcm_s16le D:\Project\Converted.avi pause
