I want to remap a key (F5, for example) so it produces a soft hyphen character (Unicode U+0AD) when pressed.

I have Windows 10 & a Logitech USB keyboard. Nothing fancy. I've looked at a number of utilities, but none seem to support this. Is there a way to do this?
