I have to make a web service, in Microsoft Azure, in which the client can upload/download files through FTP to the web service.

I am well aware that you get user account credentials for azure and also site user credentials, which can be used to access the files and folders through.

The problem is that with the site credentials, the client is able to see all folders and files that are in deployment.

My question is, is there a way to let the client only have access to a specific folder, or maybe create a new user set to a specific home directory.

Example:

Site folders

/ --- site --- wwwroot etc.

So what we want is, for the client/client user to have their home directory to test folder, and not be able to view the other folders in the site, unless its subdirectories for their home directory

/ --- site --- clientHomeDirectory

Hope this makes sense, and thank you in advance
