When trying to log onto a single sign-on enabled website I am experiencing a stale request error (looks to be error code 400). I'm using a laptop dual booting Windows 10 and an Ubuntu based Linux distro. When attempting to go to the website under Windows I get the "stale request" error, but when accessing the site via Ubuntu it works just fine. The site also works well on my MacOS laptop and Android / iOS phones.

Things I have tried:

  1. Using multiple web browsers on Windows (did not work)
  2. Clearing cache on web browsers on Windows (did not work)
  3. Clearing cookies on web browsers on Windows (did not work)

Then, I pulled the network information using Google Chrome on both Windows and MacOS.

At this point I'm truly confused as to why this is happening. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the site working on the Windows laptop?

Mac sign on network information (works just fine): Mac Sign On Network Information

Windows sign on network information (400 error code): Windows Sign On Network Information
