There is a global problem with keyboard shortcuts on a lot of apps (photoshop, sketch, xd... to name a few) which is when you using languages other then english you can't use those keyboard shortcuts.

cmd + c for example does work in any language, but R for rectangle in sketch for example or any other app specific shortcut which is using a letter will not work, which is very logical because you actually typing another letter.

Now there is a question about that here.

But my question on that is: Is there some "actio script" style way to work around that. for example saying "switch to english when ever there isn't a focus state on some kind of input field". now i don't really able to think of the logic even, but i'm sure there is one, because even in english some times you use R for writing and some times you use R for shortcut (for example).

Any Ideas around?
