When I install python-pip it shows it is install allready installed, but when I am using pip command, below error shows:

It seems that this OS ships with an outdated version of pip. In general, that means you should probably find a distribution that has more frequent updates, if you still encounter this issue.

What you can do is try to get a newer version without apt:

sudo apt-get remove python-pip
sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
sudo easy_install pip
