Please someone help me. I just wanted to delete a particular partition but i accidentally run the "clean" command in diskpart. That cleaned all the files and partitions from my ssd including the os. Please help me, it has my life's work. I'm desperate. I haven't closed the windows terminal yet as i know that once i shut it down nothing will open . "List disk" command shows that all of my ssd space is free and "list partition" command shows that there is no partition to show

Does this answer your question? How to recover deleted NTFS partitions? – Moab May 5 '20 at 11:49

You first buy another disk. You should have had at least one spare before-hand, with your data safely backed up on it. Any writes to the 'damaged' disk will inevitably cause more data loss. If your drive was encrypted you can probably forget the whole idea. – Tetsujin May 5 '20 at 11:58

@Ankit - File recovery after the command you issues is not guaranteed. If you don't have the appropriate backup of your files, and recovery of your files is important, you should stop trying to recover the files yourself. Data recovery services should be used, in the event data must be acomplished, any action you take will decrease the chances anyone can recovery your data. If you are not familar with the tools like Test Disk you absolutely should not use them. – Ramhound May 5 '20 at 12:32

@Virtuality - WinPE does not have the appropriate tools to recover data once partitions are deleted. Based on the lack of knowledge by the author, data recovery services should be used, any action on their part likely will make data recovery impossible. – Ramhound May 5 '20 at 12:43
