For VSCode on Mac, I want the cmdq shortcut to both:

  1. Close one window at a time (the default behaviour is to close all of them and quit the app)
  2. Quit the app if last window closed (rewiring cmd+q shortcut to workbench.action.closeWindow prevents this)

What keyboard configuration must I have?

Currently I only have

    "key": "cmd+q",
    "command": "workbench.action.closeWindow"

But as mentioned above in #2 this disables the app actually quitting. I am trying to emulate what AltF4 does on Windows.
