In MSIX packaged FullTrust (win32) apps clicking on the .exe shows error dialog instead of launching the application. Hence, following articles describing creating admin shortcut for traditional windows 10 apps don't work:

So how do I create a shortcut for these kind of apps (i.e. Windows Terminal) in which clicking on them launches the app as administrator.
