I have a directory of jpgs with filenames in the following format:

2020-06-01-000533.jpg
2020-06-01-001528.jpg
2020-06-01-002532.jpg
...
2020-060390235533.jpg

I don't want to rename them because these filenames are useful for other aspects of this use case. I would like to run the following ffmpeg command on these files in order to create an MP4 from them:

ffmpeg -i <this directory of files> -r 24 -c:v libx264 -pix_fmt yuvj420p output.mp4

I've seen solutions in StackExchange that recommend using glob, but that doesn't work on Windows 10.
