I'm essentially having the same problem in this question.

I've run the Performance Monitor and I've noticed my page fault is like 100% constantly all the time. So I followed the instructions given in the most voted answer and I currently got this from Process Explorer:

As you can see in the column page faults I can see numbers that look high, but some of the processes seem to be system processes. So I'm not really sure what should I look at to spot what the problem is.

Is there anything you can suggest to look at and maybe I'm not seeing?

I'm also trying to compare with another PC (a new laptop) to get a feeling of what these numbers should look like. Furthermore to me both "Memory Compression" and "Registry" page faults look suspiciously high compared to the other processes.
