Can somebody please help me fix this error of packages. I tried almost everything present on the internet. I have already tried the "--fix-broken" and "-f" command.

I changed the title to the relevant error. You should be checking why the upgrade cannot be unpacked, for example using stat /usr/bin/X11 or ls -l /usr/bin/X11 and the like. You may also want to run apt autoremove because those packages are not required anymore anyway.

Do you have file systems mounted read-only? (Show the output of mount.) Does dmesg show any errors related to a file system? Please edit your question to answer. Maybe you need to perform a file system check. See askubuntu.com/a/548772/1186757 Try sudo touch /forcefsck with a reboot first. If it displays errors and if the errors are not fixed, then you might have to edit the FSCKFIX line as well.
