When I watch a video in full screen and alt+tab to switch to a different chrome window, I have noticed that I cannot alt+tab back to the window where the video was playing. It just won't appear in the alt+tab (i.e. there is one less chrome window shown in the selection). However, it does appear when clicking win+tab or when clicking the layered chrome icon on the taskbar. Is there any way to fix this?

I've reproduced this problem on multiple chrome accounts and multiple devices. It would be great if someone else could corroborate on the reproducibility or irreproducibility of the issue.

I also found that the problem does not appear if you use multiple profiles and alt tab from a window whose profile is different than the profile with the video.

    I can't reproduce this problem. – harrymc Jul 19 at 19:05
  • The steps I took were to open a new window, open a youtube video, put it in full screen, and then click alt+tab. I am not able to see the window with the youtube video in the selection. Is it still irreproducible. – Alan Abraham Jul 20 at 17:45
  • If by "window" you mean a Chrome instance, so having two such instances, then no, it's still irreproducible on my side. – harrymc Jul 20 at 18:09
  • I'm not sure what a chrome instance is, but I mean when you click ctrl+n and there is a new page. – Alan Abraham Jul 20 at 20:31
  • Yes, that's about what I did. There is some difference between our two computers. – harrymc Jul 20 at 20:42
