I am using a Windows 11 laptop with an NVIDIA Geforce MX350 graphics card. When I watch videos online, the video lags behind the audio, making things uncomfortable to watch. I've tried updating the graphics driver and changing the audio format, but nothing has worked. Can someone please offer a solution to my problem? Thank you!

EDIT: I contacted support, and it seemed to be a network issue.

What video player? Does the affect all videos, local & streamed? Is the delay constant or does it increase over time? If it increases over time, is the same offset reproduced whether you play linearly to that time or jump to the same spot?
