I just installed Windows 7 on my Mac through Bootcamp, I am almost certain that would not have an effect on this, but I'm still posting anyways. I understand Windows has to already be using some RAM, but I think 10 GB is a bit too much. Ive already went to System Configuration, max memory isn't set. Also to be exact there is only 2.23 GB usable, but I don't think that makes that much of a difference.

I have 32 Bit (Should Of Been 64 Bit But Too Late Now) i5 Core Intel Processor 512 MB Graphics Card

I have the 2011 21.5 Inch iMac with a partition for Windows 7 of 200 GB.

  • On my Mac OS I have about 10.5 GB Usable. I currently don't have any software to take a snapshot as Ive just installed Windows, so give me some time for a photo. – Kyle Apr 11 '13 at 20:19
  • Windows 7 32bit will only give you 4gb and if your GPU is sharing 2 gb of that then your only going to be left with 2gb for your system. superuser.com/questions/261206/…. – dashboard Apr 11 '13 at 20:33
