While installing, I got this error (from the log file). I tried the solutions to this similar question

  • What exactly are you trying to install? The error message is pretty clear the file isn't located where the installer thinks its located contact the author of the product. Although I just verified that the .ico file is located at that location. So it sounds like this is a networking issue on your end. – Ramhound May 8 '13 at 0:29
