I have a small problem. I am trying to access blender.org but I am unable to do so. This seems to be related to my home network. I tried different browsers on my own laptop, as well as another laptop with no luck. However, using a USB modem, I accessed it normally on my laptop. I am using Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04. In terminal, I tried traceroute belnder.org and this is what I get

traceroute to blender.org (82.94.226.104), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets

Since I am not an expert, I don't understand what this means and I don't know what should I do.

  • If you go here: 82.94.213.220, do you seen "blender.org"? Feb 16, 2014 at 21:55
  • No.. It does the same thing... Tries to load, but nothing happens... I should add that today I accessed blender.org easily through the wireless work network... So, it's something wrong with the home network only

  • It could be an issue related to your ISP. Give them a call just to see what they say. Feb 17, 2014 at 3:02
  • mmm.. I'll see about that.. thank you very much
