I'm trying to get this printer to work with Apple AirPrint. I logged it onto the main network, and have double checked that the SSID and other wifi information is correct. I have also printed out a wireless network test report that says its connected to the wireless network. But for some reason, I get connection errors every time I try to do something on it that needs the Internet. It also doesn't show up as an AirPrint computer on Apple devices. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • Try giving the printer a static IP outside the range of your router's DHCP scope. E.g. If your router DHCP is 192.168.0.100-192.168.0.200 then give it, say, 192.168.0.10 through the printer's configuration interface. Obviously you'll need to re-run the print software to "find" the printer again, but if it fixes your problem it's worth doing... – Kinnectus Sep 7 '15 at 17:13
  • What are you trying to do that needs the Internet? Trying to print while you are not at home? – Hennes Aug 11 '16 at 17:36
