Installing Software with Missing Library - libusb1.0

`bash: scp: command not found` while I do have `scp` in `$PATH`
It maybe silly but do you have a variable name PATH inside your script ?
It happen to me, I use a variable name PATH which overwrite the actual $PATH.
Change this variable name, and you should be OK.

Tangled up file paths trying to take Desktop off of OneDrive
The fact that the Public folder is displaying on your Desktop and Users is displaying under This PC and the shell:UsersFilesFolder makes me think you redirected the folder to C:\Users.
