'The requested resource was not found on this server' error in IIS
I have reinstalled IIS feature and everythings works fine now. Still the the root cause of issue is a mystery.

Is it possible to create a subfolder inside a symlink folder but not be added into the parent folder?
my suggestion is make a real folder B, then create all symlink from A:
mkdir B
cd B
ln -s A/* .
at this point, you have B/file1 link to A/file1, and B/file2 link to A/file2.
