trackpad needs two fingers to move mouse, won't scroll on windows 10
Sounds stupid, but try just closing your lid and waiting a few seconds. Worked for me

Garbage characters are printed on mouse scrolling on iTerm2
Mouse Reporting mode might be ON.
Turn it off by:
Right click on the terminal
Choose Terminal State
Turn off Mouse Reporting
Mouse Reporting should be unchecked.

Is there a way to jump directly to the page position when you click on the scroll bar?
Holding Shift in Windows or Option in Mac while clicking on the scroll bar will make the scroll bar jump directly to where you're cursor was.
