I'm a 15-year-old programmer and I'm from Iran.
My first language is Persian. I can somehow speak English but I'm not quite fluent in English. But I'm taking English classes these days to learn English.
These days I'm also learning C++.
I think HTA is easier to use than C++. In addition, an HTA file doesn't need to be compiled because it is written with HTML and an another EXE program named mshta.exe just parses the HTML code in an HTA file. And the errors that occur while an HTA is running are displayed in clear English sentences, unlike C++ in which you have to call GetLastError whenever a function fails and then call FormatMessage to get a readable and clear description of an error.
In HTA, to perform operations on files and folders and on operating system, you should bind to diffrent automation objects like File System Object object, Shell object, wshNetwork object .etc, unlike C++ in which you have to deal with various windows api functions which have too many parameters so that their syntax is very hard to memorize!
